Before Our Call

Remote Appointment Setter — Ry Colston

Read this whole page.

It'll save us both time on the call.

The Business

I run a real estate team in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

We sell homes.

That's it.

Last year we closed 200+ homes for $100M in volume.

We have 31 agents on the team.

And we're growing.

How We Make Money

A homeowner wants to sell.

You get them on a 15-minute call with me.

I qualify them and book them for a full listing consultation.

An agent runs the consult and signs the listing.

The home sells. We earn a commission.

No call with me means no listing means no paycheck.

Your Role

Your job is simple.

Connect as many homeowners who are willing to speak with me as you can.

You call homeowners from a list I give you.

You follow a script I give you.

When a homeowner is open to talking with me, you book them on my calendar for a 15-minute phone call.

That's it.

You don't qualify them.

You don't pitch them.

You don't book listing consults.

I take the 15-minute call. I qualify. I book the listing consult.

Your one job is the connection.

Get me on the phone with willing homeowners.

You're the top of the entire funnel. Nothing happens without you.

The Numbers

The Path

We follow the Hormozi ACQ sales team model.

Everyone starts at the bottom. No exceptions.

If you were top setter at your last job, you still start at Jr SDR here.

If you can't set, you can't close.

I'd rather hire a kindergarten teacher who does the basics well than a career closer who cuts corners.

Two-stage promotion rule:

  1. Hit the standard.
  2. Sustain it for 6 months.

Qualifying doesn't mean automatic promotion.

Qualifying means we now ask whether you're undeniably ready for the next level.

Tier 1 — Jr SDR (Ramp)

Tier 2 — SDR (Standard)

Tier 3 — Sr SDR (Top Performer)

Tier 4 — SDR Manager (Optional, Earned)
